By accessing, browsing, subscribing to, or using the ArthamX platform, the Options Mastery Program (OMP), the Master Trader Program (MTP), the associated Discord community, or any technical software and digital tools provided by ArthamX, a registered Alternate Name (DBA) of Artham Innovations LLC (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions, you are expressly prohibited from using the Services and must discontinue use immediately.
ArthamX (Artham Innovations LLC) is a financial technology, data analytics, and educational provider. We are not a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), broker-dealer, or fiduciary.
No Financial Advice: All market analytics, technical setups, trading frameworks, and educational resources provided within the ArthamX ecosystem, including the OMP and MTP, are purely for informational and educational purposes.
No Recommendations: Nothing contained in the Services constitutes a solicitation, recommendation, endorsement, or offer by Artham Innovations LLC or any third-party service provider to buy or sell any securities, options, or other financial instruments.
By utilizing our Services, you explicitly acknowledge that you are an independent, self-directed trader. You are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks associated with the use of any information, analytics, or technical tools provided by the Services before making any investment decisions. Artham Innovations LLC does not direct your trading activities, route your orders, or manage your capital.
Trading in financial markets, particularly involving equities, advanced options, credit spreads, and debit spreads, involves a high degree of risk. You may lose some or all of your initial capital. Past performance of any trading system, methodology, or technical setup is not indicative of future results. You agree that Artham Innovations LLC, its founders, team members, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential financial losses sustained as a result of your independent trading activities.
The ArthamX ecosystem, including but not limited to its proprietary software, analytical tools, automated calculators, UI/UX design, and educational content contained within the OMP and MTP, is the exclusive property of Artham Innovations LLC.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, distribute, broadcast, or commercially exploit any tools, data, or content provided within the ecosystem.
Certain specialized features and communities, such as the Options Mastery Program (OMP) and the Master Trader Program (MTP), require an active subscription.
Authorization: By providing a payment method via our designated payment processor, you authorize Artham Innovations LLC to charge the applicable subscription fees automatically at the designated billing intervals.
Management: It is your responsibility to manage or cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date to avoid future charges.
Digital Access Policy: Due to the immediate delivery and nature of digital educational content, proprietary tools, and community access, all subscription fees are non-refundable once processed, unless legally required by jurisdiction.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ARTHAM INNOVATIONS LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES OR TECHNICAL SOFTWARE.
These Terms and Conditions and your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in New Jersey, and the parties hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the platform or via email. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those modifications.
